One of my favorite design aspects is creating easily recognizable logos. Some companies prefer their logos to stay very conservative and simplistic, especially large corporations that are the parent company to many brands under the main name or attorneys who use just their names as their business identities.
But, think of some of the most successful brands—when you see their logo, you don't need to read the name to know who they are. That's the power of brand recognition that comes with long-term repetition and consistency in marketing. When I work with clients, I prefer to design logos representing their service, values, and target colors towards their audience and who they would trust. The logo and branding materials must be memorable and adaptable across platforms, such as a website, business card, social media post, signage, clothing, and storefront. Over time, this consistency builds brand loyalty and makes customers feel like they know your business.
